With the help of Redeemer LWML, we will hold a breakfast on Palm Sunday (not Easter) March 29, 2026 at 8 – 9 am in the Monkton church basement.

Prices are Adults $12, Children (6–12) $6 and Children (5 & under) free. No tickets are required. Please join us for this important fundraiser and let your neighbours, friends and family know.

Due to the winter storms, the potluck has been postponed until next Friday, December 5th.

Lost among all the chaos of the secular world and Halloween, today marks the 508th birthday of the Reformation. Today we celebrate the memory of Saints like Martin Luther, Justus Jonas, Martin Chemnitz, Georg Spalatin, Joachim Westphal, Andreas Osiander, Johannes Brenz, Philipp Melanchthon, Thomas Cranmer, John Wycliffe, Jan Hus, and many more. These men stood up for what they believed in – the truth of scripture, that man is saved through Grace alone by Christ alone as revealed by Scripture alone. Many of them suffered for this truth, and some including Jan Hus died for it as martyrs. Praise the Lord for the simple truth of scripture. Repent, be baptized, believe in Christ and His works for you, and be saved!

Oktoberfest Supper – The annual youth group supper will be held on Sunday Oct. 19, 5 pm – 6:45 pm at Brodhagen Community Centre. It will be a dine-in dinner, but if you prefer there are take-out containers for self-service.

All dishes and pans can be picked up at the Brodhagen hall by 8PM. Any left after that time will be transported to the First Logan church basement.
