We are a two-point Lutheran parish (serving a vacant third church) – a proud part of the Lutheran Church–Canada – located in Southwest Ontario. The congregations of our parish have been around for more than a century – First Lutheran in Logan was founded in 1858, Redeemer Lutheran in Monkton was founded in 1898, and Saint Paul’s Lutheran in Tavistock was founded in 1881. For generations, we have been meeting together as one people under Christ.

  Lost among all the chaos of the secular world and Halloween, today marks the 508th birthday of the Reformation. Today we celebrate the memory of Saints like Martin Luther, Justus Jonas, Martin Chemnitz, Georg Spalatin, Joachim Westphal, Andreas Osiander, Johannes Brenz, Philipp Melanchthon, Thomas Cranmer, John Wycliffe, Jan Hus, and many more. These men stood up for what they believed in – the truth of scripture, that man is saved through Grace alone by Christ alone…
